100% reimbursement of design and prototype costs for serial orders

Looking for a way to replace your usual LED strip with a professional lighting solution?

As part of our offer, we offer the design and prototype of a dedicated LED module at a price of PLN 1,000, which we reimburse after going into serial production.
This gives you a safe and cost-free (in the final settlement) entry into the world of modern, Polish LED lighting.

What does the step-by-step process look like?

Analysis of customer needs

  • Contact us and we will offer a short online meeting or a visit to our premises. Our designer will gather all the information necessary to create the LED module (power, type of power supply e.g. 230V LED module, dimensions, CRI or light colour requirements).

Design and prototype offer

On the basis of the collected interview, we will prepare a detailed offer within 48H:

  • A down payment of 1,000zl includes design and prototyping.
  • At the same time, you will receive an offer for the series production of modules based on the agreed parameters.

If you accept the series offer and commission the production, 1,000zl will be deducted from the final invoice as a discount – the design and prototype will be free of charge for you.

Design and prototyping

  • We are starting work on a dedicated LED module – this could be a linear LED module (1ft, 2ft) in the ZHAGA standard, or a completely custom solution of any length and LED layout.
  • Within an agreed timeframe, we provide you with a prototype for real-world verification.

Tests and photometric report

  • In the meantime, we carefully check the module parameters (efficiency, CRI, light colour, operating stability) in our measurement laboratory.
  • You will receive a photometric report from us that confirms the claimed performance and compliance with the specification.

Acceptance of offer and reimbursement

  • If the prototype meets your expectations, you can place an order for batch production. Once the batch size has been determined, we will reimburse 1,000zl (as a discount on the final invoice), which in practice means that the project was free of charge.
  • If minor adjustments are needed, we will make them at no additional cost within the agreed project rate.

Production and delivery

  • We start serial production and each module undergoes final quality tests. Within an agreed timeframe, we deliver finished batches of dedicated LED modules to your factory or warehouse, ready to be implemented in luminaires.

Make an appointment and start your project without risk

Book an appointment, start your project and find out how easy it is to upgrade your luminaires with top-class Polish LED modules.

  • We will organise a short video conference or an on-site meeting.
  • We will define all the key parameters of the LED module design.
  • We will prepare a quote taking into account series production and a possible prototype fee (with return guarantee).

Why order an LED module project from ALSC?

Poland
production

We manufacture all LED modules in Poland, meeting the highest quality standards.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

When will you reimburse 1,000zl for the project?

The entire amount is refunded at the final invoice for serial production in the form of a discount of 1000 PLN.

What happens if I decide not to go into mass production after receiving a prototype?

In this situation, you keep the developed design and prototype, but you are not entitled to a refund of PLN 1,000. Thus, you have a full view of the completed work and the ability to further use it in any way you wish.

How long does it take to price a project?

We prepare a preliminary quote within 48 hours of receiving the necessary information about the project.

How long does it take to design?

Typically up to 7 working days, although this time may extend with more complex technical assumptions. In each case, we set the deadline at the beginning of cooperation.

How many days after payment of the invoice will I receive the finished prototype?

For an LED module, it takes up to 4 weeks to complete a prototype, depending on the availability of components and the complexity of the design.

Will the prototype contain exactly the same materials and parameters as the serial version?

Yes. We are keen to make the prototype fully representative of mass production, so we use target materials and components. This allows us to reliably assess the quality and parameters (CRI, light color, power) already at the testing stage.

Do you only design LED modules?

No. We also deal with other lighting components, such as power supplies and LED drivers, to offer you comprehensive support across the entire range of lighting technologies.

Can I buy a power supply for my LED module from you?

Yes, at the design stage we will jointly select and price the optimal power supply – both in terms of power and compatibility with your LED module.

Do you design LED modules that work with optics, such as LEDIL, KHATOD, BJB?

Yes. We have experience in customizing modules under the optics of many reputable manufacturers, which greatly facilitates integration with various lighting fixtures.

Do you offer 230V LED modules?

Yes. We can design (or propose from the existing offer) a 230V LED module that eliminates the need for additional power supplies.

What if I’m just getting started with LED modules and don’t know which parameters to choose?

We suggest a meeting with our designer (online or on-site). We will help you choose wattage, CRI, light color and possible control – all depending on your needs and applications.

What is the issue of making adjustments to the project?

If, during testing, it turns out that the parameters need to be modified (such as light color or LED placement), we make the necessary adjustments within the framework of predetermined conditions. In most cases, minor changes do not significantly affect the cost or the deadline, since we include a certain margin for amendments in the design process.

Do I have to pay for more prototypes if you make improvements?

As a rule, we aim to make the prototype created on the basis of discussions and findings as final as possible. If minor adjustments are necessary, we make them within the same design fee. In the case of major changes beyond the original design, we may set an additional fee – but we always discuss it with the client before we start work.

How is my concept and intellectual property protected?

It is up to you to decide whether you want to sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA). Then we ensure that we use any designs or ideas exclusively for your order.

Why give up the classic LED strip?

A standard LED strip is sometimes less efficient and more difficult to adjust (in terms of CRI, light color or power, among others). Dedicated LED modules are characterized by higher parameter stability and longer life, which translates into higher quality of the final product.
