Common issues

Custom frame shape
Standard LED modules are manufactured in fixed, mass-produced formats. This means that your designer must limit their vision and adapt the aesthetics of the luminaire to the ready-made shapes of the board, which is the first aesthetic compromise.
This lack of flexibility also generates hidden costs. Attempting to manually adapt a module to a non-standard enclosure, including the development of dedicated mounting systems, is a costly and time-consuming process that ultimately exceeds the cost of simply designing a module from scratch.
Standard LED modules do not take into account the operating environment of your lamp.
Standard LED modules are designed for general applications, assuming average ventilation and thermal parameters. No one considers how this module will behave in a closed, small fixture or in the customer's specific operating environment.
As a result, thermal and electrical mismatch with a specific enclosure translates into a risk of overheating. This directly shortens the module's service life, causing failures and exposing the customer to premature replacement costs.
High MOQ and integration
Many global component suppliers impose high minimum order quantities (MOQs), which is a significant financial barrier for companies producing smaller series or requiring modules for testing purposes only.
An additional burden is the complexity of the supply chain. The customer must coordinate the LED module, power supply and controller from three different companies, which increases logistics costs, the risk of production delays and creates the risk of system incompatibility.
Custom parameters
Standard LED modules are a good choice for typical, general applications. However, in projects with increased requirements, where high CRI (e.g. CRI 95% and higher) or non-standard colour temperature is crucial, no manufacturer produces such solutions in mass quantities and available off the shelf.
This is particularly evident in specialist lighting (e.g. jewellery, medical) and in dynamic RGB/RGBW systems, where precise wavelength also plays a key role. In such demanding conditions, dedicated LED modules or entire LED lighting systems work best.
Our solutions

See how we solve your problems

Dedicated LED module tailored to the luminaire
Thanks to ALSC, you can immediately release your design: the LED module is adapted to your aesthetic vision, not the other way around. This allows you to make full use of the luminaire space and reduce the number of unnecessary mounting components.
Although at first glance a customised design may seem more expensive, it is actually much cheaper overall. You eliminate costly adaptation work, design errors and logistics, which translates into a financial advantage over manufacturers who rely on market standards.
No technical risk and guarantee
Our engineers take full responsibility for thermal and electrical parameters. You provide us with information about the lamp's operating environment (housing, material, ventilation), and we design a module that is 100% optimised for these conditions.
As a result, ALSC transfers the technical risk associated with module overheating to itself. We guarantee that the parameters and performance of your dedicated light source will remain stable throughout its entire service life, and we provide a 5-year warranty on our LED modules.
Supply chain optimisation
We eliminate the need to place orders with multiple suppliers. As a comprehensive partner, we enable, among other things, the purchase of a dedicated LED module, EAGLERISE power supply and LED control in a single package.
This solution simplifies logistics and minimises the risk of component incompatibility, which is crucial for the continuity and efficiency of your production. In addition, we offer more flexible MOQ terms, tailored to your needs rather than the requirements of global corporations.
Full integration
We operate as a complete system supplier: we offer LED modules, power supplies and controllers, as well as advanced power and dimming integration directly in the light source (e.g. AC LED modules with TRIAC phase dimming). The latter option eliminates the need for an external power supply and controller to regulate brightness.
In addition to the module, we offer options to simplify installation in your factory: dedicated cable harnesses or modules supplied as a ready-made semi-finished product (mounted in a profile with a cover). This minimises the time and resources needed for internal luminaire installation.

We know that non-standard solutions raise many questions.

But we also know that every day spent working with electronics that generate errors, delays or complaints means unnecessary costs and lost opportunities.
That is why it is worth checking how we can help.

For whom?

We design and manufacture electronics for the most demanding market sectors.

Commercial and architectural lighting
Our engineers design LED modules that are perfectly matched to the unusual shape and aesthetics of the luminaire. We specialise in the integration and production of LED control systems, including both standard solutions (TRIAC phase dimming) and advanced protocols (Tuya and DMX512/RDM), which is crucial in both domestic and architectural lighting projects.
Lighting, automotive and signalling electronics
We ensure full compliance with stringent industry standards, which are crucial in road safety systems (traffic lights) and automotive components (secondary assembly). We specialise in designing electronics and LED modules with increased durability that can withstand the harshest operating conditions and vibrations. Our team actively supports customers in the testing and certification process and precisely tailors solutions to the shape of car lamp housings.

Consultation, valuation and terms of reimbursement

We begin the process with a consultation with our engineer. They gather the information and guidelines needed for the design and production of the prototype. At this stage, we verify the complexity of the project. Within 48 hours, you will receive a full quote for the serial order and the terms and conditions for the prototype (including the target serial quantity for the fee refund).

In the case of complex electronics (or hardware + software projects), we discuss the project quote individually.

A fee of PLN 1,000 and commencement of design work

After accepting the serial order price and prototype terms, you pay a prepayment of PLN 1,000 net, which initiates the design work. Design takes up to 7 working days.

Then, within the next 7 working days, we purchase and deliver the components. Next, we move on to production in Poland, and the entire production and testing stage is completed within 4 weeks.

Prototype acceptance and final decision

After 4 weeks, you will receive a finished prototype along with a complete measurement and test report. After your tests, we await your decision:

If you decide to proceed with mass production, the design and prototype are free of charge, and we will deduct the £1,000 deposit from the final invoice.

If not, you will receive the complete design documentation and prototype, but the £1,000 fee is non-refundable.
The entire process of fulfilling a dedicated serial order takes a maximum of 4 weeks.
Over 20 years of experience

Do you have any doubts or questions? Contact us and we will be happy to explain how the free prototype works.

This will not be a sales pitch.
We will contact you for a brief, no-obligation consultation to determine whether we can help your company.

Our Project Manager will give you a preliminary overview of the process of creating a free prototype.

However, if you prefer a face-to-face meeting rather than an online consultation, we invite you to visit our headquarters near Wrocław.

Todayj at 3:14
What is the mechanism behind the free prototype, and when will I get my fee back?
The service requires an advance payment of PLN 1,000 net, which covers the design and production of the prototype. The entire amount is refunded in the form of a discount (PLN 1,000 net) on the final invoice for the serial production order. In practice, this means that the design and prototype are free of charge for you, provided that you continue with production.
Is every project dedicated to the LED module eligible for the service for PLN 1,000 net?
The service applies to LED module designs and simple electronics. Designs are verified during the consultation stage. If you are looking for highly advanced electronics (e.g. complex hardware or software), the design is discussed individually and priced separately from the standard fee of PLN 1,000 net.
If we decide not to proceed with mass production, do we retain the rights to the design documentation and prototype we have received?
Yes, if you cancel a serial order, you retain full rights to the prototype and design documentation you have received. You may use the files you have received in any way you wish. This guarantees that your fee of PLN 1,000 net secures full intellectual property rights to the created design.
