Our proprietary DMX512 Xelee-WWWW controller and A5616L8 1100 lm LED modules with optics have transformed the lighting in the Community Centre.

The investor expected modern LED lighting and full control throughout the facility, but the budget did not allow for the replacement of all the unique luminaires.

Description of implementation

The story of this investment in the Cultural Centre, completed in the second half of 2025, begins with an investor who faced a key dilemma: a lack of a large budget, and the additional requirement that the luminaires had to fit in with the overall design. Modern, energy-efficient LED lighting and full control were necessary, but the unique, expensive luminaire bodies could not be replaced for aesthetic and design reasons.

This challenge ruled out standard market solutions, such as purchasing new lamps.

At this point, the installation company and our partner STEP RM Sp. z o.o. (specialising in professional equipment for theatres and cultural centres) approached ALSC.

Our task was to develop a smart modernisation solution that would allow the luminaire bodies to be retained and transfer the technical risk to our company.

Customer benefits

Achieve up to 50% savings on LED modules alone compared to purchasing standard LED panels.

What was the installation like?

The installer dismantled the luminaires at the Cultural Centre and delivered them to the ALSC headquarters in Siechnice.

After analysing the luminaire bodies, we planned the work and created a layout diagram for the LED modules.

We integrated everything into the bodies provided to us by the installer, and then delivered the complete luminaire, ready for installation, to STEP RM.

Logistically, full integration and assembly at ALSC meant that for STEP RM, the operation boiled down to a simple installation on site – as if they had purchased a new, ready-to-use luminaire.

What did we use for assembly?

500 pieces of A5616L8 LED modules with the possibility of cutting every 70 mm – thanks to this, we perfectly adjusted the distribution of LED modules in the customer's luminaire with a diameter of 1000 mm.

21 pieces of the proprietary DMX512 Xelee-WWWW controller, working together with our modules and an additional power supply.
